A work protection for recognised modern slavery victims
What changed?
The Home Office says Skilled Workers identified as modern slavery victims by its Competent Authorities can work for any employer for the remainder of their existing permission. HC 584 gives 8 October 2026 as the commencement date, subject to its implementation provisions.
Who this concerns
