Purpose and status
This is a voluntary statement of our platform’s approach and current controls. It is not presented as a signed annual report under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The operator must assess whether statutory reporting applies and, if so, complete the required approval, signature and reporting period. We do not claim to have audited employers or our suppliers.
Where risks can arise
Healthcare workers seeking sponsorship can encounter misleading vacancies, pressure to pay for an offer, withheld work, threats or misuse of identity documents. A sponsor licence alone does not establish that an employer’s practices are safe or that a particular job provides sponsorship.
Controls in this service
- We distinguish licensed-sponsor records from confirmed vacancy sponsorship.
- We do not sell jobs, certificates of sponsorship or guaranteed visa outcomes.
- Our forum rules prohibit recruitment-payment demands, misleading offers and sharing confidential documents.
- Members can report posts; the owner has controls to review reports and remove content.
- Application preparation is kept separate from actual submission, and AI suggestions require the applicant’s review.
Our commitments
We will use reports to identify harmful recruitment content, review provider relationships as the service develops and improve signposting for workers. These are ongoing commitments, not claims of completed supplier audits, staff training programmes or verified zero incidents.
Getting help
If someone is in immediate danger in the UK, call 999. Do not post identity documents or an identifiable account of exploitation in the public forum. Contact a suitable independent support organisation or authority through a private channel. The GOV.UK modern slavery resources provide a starting point. For site content, use Report on a member post or contact the operator above.
Review
The operator should review this statement when the service, suppliers or relevant risks change. Formal compliance and any annual reporting should follow the Home Office transparency in supply chains guidance.
