Our service

ResumeStation provides career-document tools, job discovery, sponsor-directory information and a discussion forum. We are not an employer, visa sponsor or immigration adviser. Use is intended for adults aged 18 and over. The operator’s details appear above when confirmed.

Your account and documents

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. You remain responsible for reviewing your CV, AI suggestions, qualifications, work-authorisation answers and application declarations. Do not submit invented achievements or somebody else’s documents. You retain your rights in your content and permit us to process and display it only as needed to provide the features you use.

Free access

ResumeStation is 100% free for now. All templates, document downloads, directories and application tools are available without payment. Some tools require sign-in. AI features depend on provider availability and usage limits. There is no two-job trial allowance and no automatic paid upgrade. If paid options return, they will be clearly explained before you choose them.

Cancellation and consumer rights

Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded. For an eligible UK consumer distance-service contract, a 14-day cancellation period generally applies from entering the contract. If you expressly request an immediate start and then cancel during that period, a proportionate charge may apply where the law permits. Digital-content rules can differ; no blanket waiver of cancellation rights is assumed. Contact the operator above for cancellation, refund or service-quality issues. These terms do not impose a no-refunds policy or limit remedies required by law.

Applications and sponsorship

A CV score is guidance, not a guarantee of ATS acceptance. A register entry does not confirm a vacancy or an offer of sponsorship. Verify current requirements with the employer and official sources. Job links lead to the recruiting organisation’s process. Preparing or shortlisting an application does not submit it; direct automatic application is not connected.

Community conduct

Be respectful and share only content you have the right to share. Do not post confidential care information, identity documents, harassment, misleading recruitment offers, discriminatory abuse or demands for payment in return for sponsorship. New Public posts are visible without login; older member-only posts retain their original audience. Do not treat a community answer as professional advice.

The owner can remove reported or otherwise identified content that breaches these terms and may restrict abusive access. Reports are reviewed through the owner’s queue, not an emergency service. Use appropriate authorities for urgent safety concerns.

Availability and third parties

We aim to provide a usable service but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every external vacancy remains available. Keep a downloaded copy of important documents. Third-party websites and providers operate under their own terms. No job, interview, sponsorship or immigration outcome is guaranteed.

Responsibility and changes

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer protections continue to apply. Changes to these terms will be dated and material service changes communicated where required. English law applies, subject to the mandatory protections and court rights available where you live.
