How long should my care CV be?

Answer from the ResumeStation team

Two clear pages are a useful starting point if you have relevant experience. If you’re new to care, one well-written page can work too. Don’t shrink the font just to squeeze everything in; give the most useful experience room to breathe.

General career information. Immigration and employment circumstances vary; use current official guidance and qualified advice for individual decisions. Never share confidential care records here.

What would you add?

Keep it kind and stick to what you know. Leave out residents’ details, private documents, contact details and allegations that identify someone. Replies reflect members’ experiences, not verified professional advice. Posts use a member alias and appear before moderation. For urgent help, use the appropriate emergency or safeguarding service.
