Should I include icons instead of text labels?

Use written labels for essential information. Decorative icons should not be the only way to identify a contact field.

What would you add?
Keep it kind and stick to what you know. Leave out residents’ details, private documents, contact details and allegations that identify someone. Replies reflect members’ experiences, not verified professional advice. Posts use a member alias and appear before moderation. For urgent help, use the appropriate emergency or safeguarding service.
