Start with an employer’s current vacancy, then check the sponsorship position for that particular post. This page brings regional resources and application tools together; it is not a list of guaranteed sponsorship offers. Care home jobs, home-care visits and supported-living roles can involve different workplaces, duties and travel arrangements.
Use your town or postcode in the healthcare job search, then check the workplace address in each advert. An employer’s registered office may be far from the service where you would work. Consider weekend transport, shift finish times and travel between service users before widening your search area. Location results do not by themselves establish sponsorship availability.
No. The register identifies licensed organisations; the recruiting team must confirm the position for the particular job. Review the current official register and the vacancy together.
Ask about the legal employer, duties, workplace, contractual hours, pay and whether the vacancy offers sponsorship for your circumstances. Use the employer’s own contact details and keep written answers. Do not assume that an old advert describes the current opportunity.
Use a support worker CV example if it fits your experience, then tailor it to the actual duties. For a care assistant role, our care assistant CV guide explains how to describe support work without overstating clinical responsibilities.
Use GOV.UK guidance on changing a job or employer for the current requirements. Our care-worker career guide links research, application preparation and official sources.
