Can I use the same CV for every care job?

Answer from the ResumeStation team

Keep one master copy so your dates and facts stay consistent. Before each application, make a separate copy and bring the relevant experience to the top. You’re changing the emphasis to match the job, not changing what happened.

General career information. Immigration and employment circumstances vary; use current official guidance and qualified advice for individual decisions. Never share confidential care records here.

What would you add?

Keep it kind and stick to what you know. Leave out residents’ details, private documents, contact details and allegations that identify someone. Replies reflect members’ experiences, not verified professional advice. Posts use a member alias and appear before moderation. For urgent help, use the appropriate emergency or safeguarding service.
