How can I avoid repeating duties?
Answer from the ResumeStation team
Look for the responsibilities you’ve repeated under several jobs. Keep the essentials, then use each role to show something different: another setting, extra responsibility or a skill you developed. That makes the progression easier to see.
General career information. Immigration and employment circumstances vary; use current official guidance and qualified advice for individual decisions. Never share confidential care records here.
What would you add?
Keep it kind and stick to what you know. Leave out residents’ details, private documents, contact details and allegations that identify someone.
