How do I write an experience bullet?

Start with something you actually did. For example, if it’s true, ‘Recorded daily observations and shared changes at handover’ says more than ‘Good communication skills’. Add an outcome or a figure only when you can explain and support it.

What would you add?

Keep it kind and stick to what you know. Leave out residents’ details, private documents, contact details and allegations that identify someone. Replies reflect members’ experiences, not verified professional advice. Posts use a member alias and appear before moderation. For urgent help, use the appropriate emergency or safeguarding service.
