Should I list expired training?

You can mention relevant past training, but make it clear that it has expired. Don’t list it as a current certificate. The employer can tell you what needs refreshing before you start.

What would you add?

Keep it kind and stick to what you know. Leave out residents’ details, private documents, contact details and allegations that identify someone.
