What language should I use?
Answer from the ResumeStation team
Write as you would explain your work to a new colleague: clearly and without jargon. Use specific examples and spell out abbreviations that another employer might not know. You don’t need fancy language to sound professional.
General career information. Immigration and employment circumstances vary; use current official guidance and qualified advice for individual decisions. Never share confidential care records here.
What would you add?
Keep it kind and stick to what you know. Leave out residents’ details, private documents, contact details and allegations that identify someone. Replies reflect members’ experiences, not verified professional advice. Posts use a member alias and appear before moderation. For urgent help, use the appropriate emergency or safeguarding service.
